Customer satisfaction
I rented a car from Sani sixt at OR Tambo. I was welcomed warmly and Tshepiso,the guy who handed over the car to me did an exceptional job. He was friendly, communicated clearly. He assured me that I have made the right choice. Big up to Tshepiso, and please give him a commission and a raise on his wages for the job well done.

PMD is not a reliable insurer, their representatives are just people who pretend to sympathize with you when have a Problem and in actual sense they don't care. 3 weeks ago I raised concerns about how my claim was handled and they promised to look into it and got their dispute resolution department on board. Until today my matter has not been resolved and the Lady I spoke to there by the Kgolagano promised to speedup the process by inviting relevant people who will assist and she never got back to me, it's me who must call them all the time. It's worth mentioning that this is my first claim since I joined 3 years ago and I was just involved in a minor accident. They don't come through, imagine when you really need them because of the magnitude of the damage to your car and the second car.

Prime Meridian Direct has attended to my complaint as a matter of urgency. I commend them for that. My trust has been restored and I hope my matter will be resolved to my satisfaction as their client.

Insurance
I was very disappointed after 3 years of being an insurer with PMD without a claim and the first claim I made they treated like I have outstanding premiums. I am very disappointed in them. I submitted my third party claim on the 04-10-2023 and I have been making follow up on the progress their representatives saying everything is fine until 01.11.2023 when they responded telling me about 9 missing documents that I was never told about when I was making a follow up...now my money for 3 years is gone. You guys can trust them,but when don't come through when you need them.
