I have been ordering from Shein and Temu multiple times. Now for whatever reason, somewhere along the line, Meili Logistics has stepped in. They're an absolute ****. Holding on to parcels until you pay more and more. How theyre still continuing when it's evident that so many have had issues is beyond me!

Poor workmanship, further damage to car
I had the misfortune of been sent here to have my car repaired. They repaired it in a subpar way - leaving space between my boot and the back panel. They also damaged the sensor in my door

Overpriced, Over rated and Under delivers! Frustrating and not worth the hype.
Use any other car insurance. Discovery is marginally more expensive than just about any other insurance, and for the most part of it, is not worth the cost. Yes, there are a lot of (over rated) bells and whistles, but bells and whistles that you pay for with time, money, and patience. When I had to put through a claim, they took forever to process it and I constantly needed to follow up! This year, I made the decision to cancel my policy with them (long overdue, if you ask me). Over the years, I had opted to have my fuel cash back paid into the insure fund. This amount was close to 4K. They were supposed to process this and pay it out to me. 2 months later and they still havent. When I called to query it, they said I forfeit this amount (?? Fine print, perhaps??). They did not honour their word, and money that rightfully should have been paid out to me, is being used by Discovery for God knows what. Really, save yourself the hassle.

Mr Radebe Ntokozo assisted me in getting my car issues resolved within record time!
My car would not start, and I needed it to be Kickstarted. I called Discovery Insure and was blessed with the assistance of a Mr Ntozoko Radebe! He was such an amazing help. After verifying my ID, he explained what assistance I would be getting and sent me a message with the details of who would assist, thereby ensuring I could identify the person helping. He also called to make sure everything had been resolved. Mr Ntokozo Radebe was such an amazing help and truly deserves recognition for such efficient service rendered! All issues were resolved within 37 minutes
