Terrible Terrible service. They only give you feedback on the car when you call. The car has been there for 4 weeks just to fix the bumper. I'm sent pillar to post and still promises are not kept. I have called numerous times and every time I call I get a story that does not correlate with the previous reasons they gave me for my car not being ready. The ladies at the front desk have gone as far as ignore my calls but as soon as I blocked my caller ID they answered. I am so upset at this point because I was promised to get my car today still they can't deliver.
Worst experience ever..waited for over an hour for food yet the drive thru was getting their food...one lady working the till and the food packing..while there were people standing idle..asked for the manager who's name was Andrew at the Grayston drive KFC he didnt even bother to come and assist.
