I have logged a call with Herotel 3 days ago. Since then I have had no response from them except automated responses. Their customer services is absolutely terrible. Actually non existent! We have phoned various offices (including their Head Office) but cannot get through to anyone.

Hi I am a keen gardener and have a good couple of watering cans due to water restrictions to water my garden from the water tanks. The spouts on the cans cracked and I asked Addis where I could purchase new ones. They immediately offered to send me some if I provide my address and promptly did so. Thanks guys!!! Excellent service!
I am a Premium DStv subscriber and should not be paying additional fees to have Showmax added to my account. I have been a Premium subscriber for more than 15 years. I have registers to have Showmax added to my account and received a message that it has been successfully added. However, When I want to watch Showmax I receive a message that "Payment is Required." I have sent numerous e-mails and WhatsApps to assist me, but to no avail. It is no wonder Multichoice is loosing subscribers hand over fist.
