I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. In these days it is hard to find any good customer service. But not with Rain. I requested a call back from the website. Within a couple of minutes, a consultant called me. His name is Brandon. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He guided me step by step. In addition, the deal he made for me, and the service is out of this world. I made the payment, and I am ready to collect the device. A big shout out to Brandon and the team at Rain for the professional and fast service I received. I would recommend them to anyone that needs the service. Thank you.

We had an issue with our website and the chat function
We had an issue with our website and the chat function. It took only 1 call to get this sorted and within 15min. Matthew knows his stuff and was very helpful.
