Awesome service
Have been getting my feed delivered from them for nearly a decade. Unbelievable helpful, awesome staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. They take particular care to know about you and your animals. Again nothing is ever too much trouble.

Unacceptable MTN
Nearly impossible to get help from MTN for anything. 135 takes forever wastes airtime and disconnects before anything can be resolved. Twitter says to phone 135. Summertime mobile was most useful but could inly direct me to 135 again. For me a contract that ended in August was upgraded and then without informing me the contract was cancelled, the old contract reinstated as a month to month at a higher rate and no one can fix this. I must just pay for a service that is now diaconnected.

One plan pet insurance the only pet insurer worth bothering with.
Wow. Just wow. Unbelievable service from One plan pet insurance, Nomusa Khumalo. This lady made her company look proffesion , compassionate and careing. Outstanding client service. She answered my hundreds of questions and signed me up . Value for money. I had listened to 5 pet insurer companies before her. Every one of them , completely unrealistic for a pet owner trying to be responsible. Big aplause for one plan pet insurance. Outstanding product , literally dont bother with anyone else.
