Terrible service.
If I could give less than zero star rating for this company it would not be low enough. They contacted me and told me a bunch of *******. Told me the wrong price and when I received the invoice it was more than double. They explained that they work it out in litres. Would be nice to be told that in the call. A few months later they called me again to tell me that they had short delivered me and they would deliver the rest with a gift card. The balance came with no invoice but with a gift card. 2 months later I get a call to tell that I have an amount of R3000 outstanding for the balance that was delivered. I have tried to get them to collect it but now being told I need to pay the discount back. Do not use this company. Worst ever!

Dotsure Pet Insurance.
I’m new to having a pet and new to getting pet insurance for her but with Gershwin guidance it was an easy decision and great experience. He explained everything wonderfully.
