Complain at Windermere a bad saves
I went to exclusive hair at Windermere yesterday to buy hair . Since idid know that all the hair I Glueles I ask help to the lady that work the and she give me the wrong hair when I at home I notice that I was looking for full frantal glueles hair . But the lady she give me one way close curly hair . I call thềm yesterday for exchange no one was will to help me even her boss lady Roschen she was so rude to me she tell me that u the one who choose this hair so we can’t change it for you . I’m very disappointed on the saves and the way the treat our client once you buy the don’t care about you are happy or not . I also call their head office I did get any help . I’m stuck with the hair that I don’t need idid even want my money back no I was asking to bring it back the hair and add more money so I can get what I want .
