Exclusive hair is a ****
Exclusive hair saloon is a **** when buying hair online, I ordered and paid 22 March and I still have not received my order. They are ignoring my calls now n whatsaap texts. I just want my refund since they can't deliver my hair worth R3900. Do not order online on exclusive unless you will regret your decision.

Exclusive hair saloon is a **** when buying hair online, I ordered and paid 22 March and I still have not received my order. They are ignoring my calls now n whatsaap texts. I just want my refund since they can't deliver my hair worth R3900. Do not order online on exclusive unless you will regret your decision.

Complain at Windermere a bad saves
I went to exclusive hair at Windermere yesterday to buy hair . Since idid know that all the hair I Glueles I ask help to the lady that work the and she give me the wrong hair when I at home I notice that I was looking for full frantal glueles hair . But the lady she give me one way close curly hair . I call thềm yesterday for exchange no one was will to help me even her boss lady Roschen she was so rude to me she tell me that u the one who choose this hair so we can’t change it for you . I’m very disappointed on the saves and the way the treat our client once you buy the don’t care about you are happy or not . I also call their head office I did get any help . I’m stuck with the hair that I don’t need idid even want my money back no I was asking to bring it back the hair and add more money so I can get what I want .

Unprofessional hair salon located in Wonderpark shopping centre
Distasteful and unprofessional. They would rather insult a customer instead of fixing the problem . Not a single mature staff individual instead they opted to laugh when I was insulted by hairstylist . The lack of class here will leave you in utter shock . This salon should not be inside a big shopping mall like wonder park shopping centre . Zero understanding of customer service .

fake hair
so i bought hair in December and my hair didn't have volume so i had to return the hair so they can add a bundle,so when i took back my hair guess what they added with the fake hair the hair color is me rune and it doesn't have that bouncy volume its stiff and all i dont want them to fix my hair i just want my money back i regret buying hair from them i was wormed from one of the stuff working their but i thought its not true i regret buying from them i just want my money back before i even take this further than it is mxm

BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE
I made an order on the 29th November, mind you black Friday special. Did an immediate payment and sent three different proof of payments. Its the 18th December, the only thing I got is an acknowledgement of payment. Been calling exclusive hair for two weeks already, even on the phone with them right now. They are making an arguement regarding the immediate payment,we made the payment at 17:54 and it reflected to them at 7:00 same day(29112019). But all of a sudden they cannot confirm the payment and the person who reads statements is overseas they cannot refund or courier the hair. This is the most awful service ever, and I will never buy hair by this place again( mind you I had three more referrals I took to buy hair there)

Very Dissapointed
After 5 years of buying hair from this company, I am trully dissapointed with their online service which send me fake hair that dont even look like it has 3 bundles in it.... it took them 2 weeks to respond to my complaint and all they had to say to me is sorry ma'am that's the Hair u ordered... Mxm I'll never recommend them to anyone, they are soo unprofessional and don't even know the meaning of customer service
