I made an order on the 29th November, mind you black Friday special. Did an immediate payment and sent three different proof of payments. Its the 18th December, the only thing I got is an acknowledgement of payment. Been calling exclusive hair for two weeks already, even on the phone with them right now. They are making an arguement regarding the immediate payment,we made the payment at 17:54 and it reflected to them at 7:00 same day(29112019). But all of a sudden they cannot confirm the payment and the person who reads statements is overseas they cannot refund or courier the hair. This is the most awful service ever, and I will never buy hair by this place again( mind you I had three more referrals I took to buy hair there)
