I am struggling to get my refund,item ordered is no longer available but then it is still advertised online. Tried calling,sending emails,sending WhatsApp. No response.
I placed an order online on the 23rd October 2023. And it was due for pick up at the store in welkom on the 31st October. I have been tracking the order online even calling the customer care. But it seems now Mr price doesn't want to take responsibility and puts the blame on the courier company. Because I am still waiting for my order which is stuck in Bloemfontein. All I get is we will escalate the matter to the courier company and when I check the update on the courier website. The last update was on the 24th October.
I took out a car policy for my new vehicle earlier this month (December 2022) the premium was a but high and I shopped around for a better insurance and affordable. I then called on the 7th to find out the procedure on how to cancel. Was advised to call on the 14th December. I did call again on the 14th December to cancel spoke to Ofentse and he told me they will do an immediate payment,I then objected as I paid pro rata until the 20th December and cannot afford not to have any insurance from the 14th until the 20th December. Ofentse advised to call on the 19th. I called on the 19th spoke to Ofentse again and he confirmed that he has canceled the policy on the 19th and will make sure the debit order doesn't go through the following day. I then asked what if it happens that the debit order goes through. He said the refund will be made and only then explained there will be an administrative fee of 450 to be deducted from me for the refund. Which henever disclosed before in any of our conversations. I told him I am not gonna pay the 450 as this was not my fault. He then said no he will request the full refund and will get the funds before the 23th. On Friday the 23th I called again and was told he will call me back he never did but the refund request was done. Today on the 28th I called for follow up,I discover the refund request was only done yesterday and will get the refund by the 6th Jan 2023. And it will not be a full refund as the admin fee will be deducted. This is unacceptable and disappointing as I now have to pay for something that was not my fault at all. I would like to get a full refund as I need to make a payment of the new insurance on the 1st
On the of 25June 2020(claim:c0620105247914),we reported a geyser to Nedbank insurance. An electrician was sent and he said it's an issue that had to do with the plumbing side. Plumber came and sealed the leak. But said electrician should come back as the is something wrong with the electrical part. We have been sent from pillar to post when contacting Nedbank (spoke to Moses and Refilwe) since the 25th June the geyser is not working. And still waiting for someone to fix it. We are not happy at all with the service
I made an order on the 29th November, mind you black Friday special. Did an immediate payment and sent three different proof of payments. Its the 18th December, the only thing I got is an acknowledgement of payment. Been calling exclusive hair for two weeks already, even on the phone with them right now. They are making an arguement regarding the immediate payment,we made the payment at 17:54 and it reflected to them at 7:00 same day(29112019). But all of a sudden they cannot confirm the payment and the person who reads statements is overseas they cannot refund or courier the hair. This is the most awful service ever, and I will never buy hair by this place again( mind you I had three more referrals I took to buy hair there)
We recently logged a claim for hail damage, on the 11th April 2019 the car was taken for repairs. It took the panel beater three weeks to fix the car,we had to do follow ups ourselves(insurance didn't update us on anything) as it was promised that the car will only take two weeks at repairs. When we called for follow ups there were always excuses and parts were ordered,that panelbeater is waiting for .The car was delivered the 6th May without wheel spanner. Upon the inspection it was found that the car had been re-sprayed (like there was a damage on both front and rear door) and we reported all these to the insurance. Been waiting for feedback from Jade about the incident, no call no update
i made payments to settle my finchoice account which was under debt review. Its been a month now struggling to get paid up letters. Have sent through to them proof of payments several times and they always say they will get back to me, but never did. On the 28/08/2018 was told the manager will make a follow up and give me a call. Which never happened and all my affairs are on a stand still because of the paid up letters.
I have a contract with vodacom, that I took last year. Initially was paying 298.00 got an sms recently that due to increase on vat installment will increase slightly. APRIL PAID 301.00, May they debited 348.00 according to them. Vodacom policy says it can increase its packages any time they want. So meaning I will end up paying a lot at the end. I find this unfair.
