This company is a **** I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy at RENTOZA. I wanted to buy an iPad trough them and i paid the first monthly installment. and I did and I was asked to send my bank statement which I did and then i was told they can't assist me, and they will refund me within 3 to 5 days, and it passed. iv asked regarding my refund and i was told they have a system error, and they don't do refund its done by 3rd party which is PAYSTACK and when i ask for a proof of payment they can't assist. they dont communicate they dont call they dont want to pay my money back
iv received a call from one of the consulted from this company and i didn't speak to him that long Couse i was on the meeting iv put him on hold and the next thing i get an SMS saying that iv gave the company consent for them to pull out my credit report and so on which i never did and they send me the SMS with my personal information don't even know where do they get them from can u please remove my personal info from your guys data base
so i bought hair in December and my hair didn't have volume so i had to return the hair so they can add a bundle,so when i took back my hair guess what they added with the fake hair the hair color is me rune and it doesn't have that bouncy volume its stiff and all i dont want them to fix my hair i just want my money back i regret buying hair from them i was wormed from one of the stuff working their but i thought its not true i regret buying from them i just want my money back before i even take this further than it is mxm

so i have am uber i was trying to request with cash and they told me i cant i need to use card i didnt have any amount on my card i had to ask for a lift from some guy late @ night where else i have uber app but it doent allow me to pay cash it only requires a card for what reason i dont know when ever u request with the card they take for ever to arrive the driver and they end up canceling the trip but u still need to pay the cancellation fee which is not my fault when u send an email to uber no response can someone in their department fix that app of mine????????????????I DONT WANT TO USE THE CARD OPTION I WANNA PAY CASH ,, can i be able choose my own suitable payment options with out being instructed please ASAP
good day this nomagugu nhlapo id number is 8911151156080 so i did an upgrade online last week or so,i upgraded to an iphone xs max the monthly premium that iv got was R1099 so am fine with that so to my surprise when i went to vodacom app just to make sure how much is my monthly installment i sow R1400 and some change so when i call vodacom i spoke to one of customer care consulted she told me that she she sees is that am still paying for my old contract,,,, like really so i wanna understand how can u say i qualify for an upgrade @ the sametime time i still need to pay for my old contract can someone call me urgently couse am not excepting that am really not happ with that why dont u guys disclose the full info so i can know if am upgrading il be paying for two contacts i even went to ur web side it doesnt say anything about that cn u please resolve this issue before i even take it further than this
my name is nomagugu so i had a loan with this company called babereki back in the years cant remember correctly maybe is 2013 if am not mistaken i took 3500 from them and the told me that every month i need to pay 737 or i had no problem with that, in 2018 i got a garnishee on my pay slip when i found from my employer they send me the letter from babereki which is debt wax okey am not aware of that i called them and ask why do they put a garnishee on my employer they said i own them R6000so every month i need to pay R737 until September the 25th okey i paid this money from 2018 january until 2018 september ,they stoped debiting from 2019 in march they put a garnishee again on my name i called them again the consulted named daniel that works on debt wax service said to me yes u where owing us R6000 how the **** am i owing u guys R6000 when they where talking money from my account the total money they took from 2018 jan until sept that about R5896 so how the hell do u guys go again and take R737 from my salary ?i got angry asked the consulted how can u guys stop debiting from september and six months later u come back again and say i own u guy how possible is that how can u put a garnishee on someone name and not even notifying them number one, on my understanding am done paying this people why are still taking money from me why,, i wouldn’t recommend anyone to take the loan from this guys or any service that they offer u will pay until u die i want this issue to be resolved before i even take it further than this nxa????? WHY ARE THEY STILL TALKING MONEY FROM ME WHEN AM DONE PAYING THEM
so i applied for a loan on fnb that was last year on the 24th of December 2018 and i got the agreement quote from them they said one of the sale consulted will call me within 48 hours so as i wait for them after 5 days i give them a call and they said they are still working on my application i ask how long does it take for them to get back to me they said 48hours i waited for that 48r today its the 9th of jan am still waiting and i called again spoke to the team leader daneil or something i didn't get his name correct he promised to call me back and give me the feed back just dont understand why is it taking so long to call me and say if they are able to assist or not like really why did they send me an agreement letter if they cant assist me its really annoying like really u guys are incompetent
