Blocked Account
Blocked Standard Bank account for THIRTEEN MONTHS. When I phone them or draft an email, I do not get a response from a consultant that would help me to access my account, except; “we will expedite the process.” I have informed them who block my account, but still no response. This to my knowledge is one transaction that is questionable. Life goes on with responsibilities to care for. Currently, I cannot pay for medical expenses, which is not covered by my medical scheme.

Blocked account
This is about my account that is block for more than nine months. I have been visiting my branch several times and contacting telephonically the Standard Bank help desk and by emailing the ***** department as to how I can assist them to resolve my problem. The last two or three months they would not even respond to my emails. At times they have asked for documents which I have submitted. Every time when phoning the help desk one will get to a consultant and they will tell you that they will expedite the investigation and will receive a call within 24 or 48 hours, but this does not happen, or they have phoned you and say I did not respond to the call, which is a big lie. With a problem like this one will take every call, even if it is a spam call. I am with this company for more than thirty years and this is the treatment I get because of one transaction that nobody wants to explain to me. When you want to close the account and withdraw one’s funds, they will tell you that the account is blocked because of a ***** transaction. But they are not too shy to take banking fees every month. Will I recommend Standard Bank to someone, I do not think so!

Lyon Assests Webtrading
Hi I am writing this to the Lyon Assets Webtrading company team. Mike, you were my contact person at this company. You people have ****** a 70-year-old man from his entire savings. My Lyon Assets account had 44000 Euro in balance and one day in September 2023 the whole account disappears from the internet. No phone or email contact was possible. So, the Bible explains to us that when the Devil ***** from us, that it should be paid back seven-fold. Here is my verdict, you people can hide from us, but you cannot hide from God. He will get you and the Bible also say, do not harm the anointed people of God. So, take this as a warning that you should be aware to what you do to other people. I forgive you, because you were under the influence of other people and your mind was distracted, and you did wrong things. I pray that all of you come to your senses and repent from what you have done. I bless you all as the Word instructs us to do even if you did wrong! Take a moment and think what I have said in this writing.
