Disappears with your money without finishing the work
Lowveld Cobble built a deck for me in Marloth Park that included the planting of four poles. I paid for this in full on 21 February 2024. They built the deck but the poles were never planted. There was also a section of the deck that was loose and not supported underneath. I had to fix this myself. I then paid them to do cobble paving around the deck. Payment was done on 18 April 2024. Today is 14 August 2024 and the work has not been done yet. I am still waiting for the completion of the first job (planting of the poles) and also the paving. Both jobs were paid for in full but the jobs are not getting done. Don't pay Jason van der Merwe if the job is not complete. He will disappear with your money and give you hundreds of excuses why the job is not being done. I am now looking for someone else to complete the work for me. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting Jason and Lowveld Cobble Pavers. I paid them thousands and all I am getting are empty promises.

Just plain bad service and lots of excuses
Fancy website with lots of stuff to buy. Looks nice but be warned, the excuses start once you have paid. All of a sudden there is a 5 day delay in shipping and lots of excuses from Samantha. If I knew the service would be this bad I would have spent my money elsewhere. I bought a item a week ago and paid for express shipping. The item is still missing. Don't fool us into buying from you and then not ship the goods in time. I paid for express shipping. I should not be going into week 2 without my shipment. Stop making excuses. Make things happen
