Very bad. Was told the debt review process will take 6 months. They never sent details just kept debiting until I cancelled the debit order and they ended up sending documentation but I requested a refund since nothing was done for 5 months. Everytime I request an update with payment, I am told the director is not well.
I ordered the RainOne package on 15 September 2023. I was told it would be delivered with 3-5 working days. I was also made aware that I am not within 5G range but 4G was available of which I understood and still agreed to the package. The package arrived on the 29 September. More than 10 days later. After numerous attempts at contacting rain via social media and calls, I found someone who could help me. Phumzile from the Call Centre was very honest about the level of connectivity I have and that it would be difficult for me to connect to the internet. She also looked for other options and tried by all means to rectify the mistake made by her colleague. I am not happy with Rain at all but I am very appreciative of Phumziles approach to my situation. As well as her patience.
