We reported a power outage just after 6am this morning.......a few houses in the area were without power. And until now, 14h21, not an Eskom car or even a call from them. And there is NO ONE you can speak to on their phone number. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
We bought 4 Ezviz security cameras for the outside of our house. They all worked 100% and we were VERY impressed and happy. But as soon as the 2yr guarantee was over, they all started giving problems......the one is not connecting to wifi anymore (we had to buy a LAN cable), they all take forever to login and now the one has moisture on the lense during the day. And when you contact the shop you bought it from, they just say "We'll have to send it in to be checked"......and that will be on my expense as well!! These cameras cost a lot of money......they should at least last a couple of years before giving problems
