Nontlahla Baba
A huge thank you to Nontlahla Baba for the excellent and proffesional service provided today. I have been with Santam for just over 9 years now and have had some good and bad experiences with the call center however between Nontlahla Baba and Akhona Gushu you cant get beter client service. These two ladies are extremely proffessional and know the ins and outs of the business. They definately need to be aknowledged as they add a very big value to Santam. Keep it up ladies you make dealing with insurance queries and complaints an absolute breeze.

If ever contacting Santam make sure you speak to Akhona Gushu. Wow what an amazing team member. Every time I have delt with Akhona my queries or issues have been sorted in minimal time and with great professionalism. Akhona thank you for always going above and beyond for your clients.

Stay Away
Stay Away. Do not do anything to assist when there are thing in house that need to be fixed. Paid to do nothing I had to deal directly with the owner. Do not pay deposits back on time excuse after excuse. Exit inspection documents changed after signed off by tenant.
