Disloyalty
I was at Fourways mall today. I decided to use so of the points i have to redeem a drink. On the lady there assisted me and we sceened the QR code all points were gone but the drink wasn't available. She kept on insisting that it's network but she told me to connect to their wifi. I asked her isn't there someone else who can help and she said it's only her who knows about the points. All points gone and nothing redeemed. Why is that?

Not paying attention to customers.
McDonald's by Jackal Creek lacks management the stuff are shouting at each other and don't have team work which slows down the customer service. One of the stuff member admitted that they are over worked and not paid enough for the work. Imagine waiting 20 minutes just for a ice cream.

Poor cashback services
Pick n Pay at Randburg Square offers a cashback services but when I got there the cashier said she doesn't have money. I had to wait for an hour. Can Pick n Pay please set a time schedule for when they can give out cashback. Without having to face disappointment.
