Never received my order

Ordered from a-mart and received an order confirmation email stating I'd received tracking details from them once package was handed it to courier. Never received such an email so I made enquiries and was told that it the order was on the wrong truck and the package was on the way. They kept saying it will be delivered by Friday. This continued for weeks and I asked for a recfund and they said they will refund me. It's been almost 3 months and still nothing. Very disappointed. I used to trust and buy from a-mart. Definitely will not be doing so in the future and will advise others not to.
