Still haven't received my order after 4 months.
I placed two orders on 7 August and 25 August. I still haven't received the orders even though I've been begging and pleading over email, then Instagram, and then WhatsApp. Initially they get back to me saying it will be resolved and from then on I get no replies.

Never received my order
Ordered from a-mart and received an order confirmation email stating I'd received tracking details from them once package was handed it to courier. Never received such an email so I made enquiries and was told that it the order was on the wrong truck and the package was on the way. They kept saying it will be delivered by Friday. This continued for weeks and I asked for a recfund and they said they will refund me. It's been almost 3 months and still nothing. Very disappointed. I used to trust and buy from a-mart. Definitely will not be doing so in the future and will advise others not to.

Never received my order

Best Asian online retailer- definitely try the subscription box
I’ve been ordering from A-Mart for several months now - both the subscription box and my monthly fix of kimchi - and I’ve never had an experience I wouldn’t rate absolutely excellent! Last minute change of address? No problems! Sorted within minutes of your email. Courier trouble? More than willing to send you a replacement order for free despite it absolutely not being their fault! The subscription box has never felt like I was shortchanged- rather I’m always shocked by the variety and value! The new list that explains all the different goodies included is both educational and makes it so easy to reorder your favorites (which is honestly most of the box usually). I look forward to my box every month! Thank you Allen for an always amazing experience!
