Helpful and friendly staff. From phoning in with my emergency right through to the person that came to assist me. Awesome people!

Service relationship with joy!
Been with Imaginet with my domain hosting from 2014. I always experience the staff and support with helpfulness and friendliness. They have never failed to answer questions or assist with issues I have. They keep open communication and only want me/my businesses to "win" at the end of the day. If the one consultant can't help there and then, they actually phone me back and keep assisting. Everytime I phone it feels like phoning a friend. Thank you Imaginet staff.
