Could I please get a number that I can call when I have queries. The whatsapp service really does not work for me. When I need some help or just a simple query, I have to wait hours for a response. And when I reply back immediately after a response form them, I have to wait hours again. This is ridiculous. The internet service, I don't have a problem with but this whatsapp line, I cannot deal with. My query to them: " Is there a Fliber app where I can track things like my usage, user control, etc. Check who is on my network, change password, etc" That's all I asked after they asked me how they can be of assistance almost 2 hours ago.
I have only joined Fliber this month. They have had some issues getting us activated. But I have to say that I am already very impressed with their services and especially their customer service. They worked tirelessly around the clock and hand in hand with Evotel at all hours of the night to try and resolve the very complicated issue. And they were always communicating with me throughout. For the first time, I was dealing with a company that I did not have to call around to keep asking for updates. I would like to give a special thanks to Raynard, Chelsea and the people on the whatsapp chat for your excellent service. You made it less stressful to be withoit internet for those 2 days. It is much appreciated. I must add, changing ISPs is very scary as you don't know if you'll end up with better or worse, but you guys have eliminated that fear for me. Looking forward to a continued great service. P.S. I just need my speed to get looked at still please. Thank you. Maurida Abrahams
I have been with Evotel for about 4 years and I have only good experiences with their customer service whether on call or their social media, they have always been very responsive and quick to try and resolve whatever issues I have. This week I have had a wonderful experience with certain individuals who really went all out and worked tirelessly around the clock to resolve a very complicated issue that I was experiencing. Not only did they work after hours to resolve it, they were in constant communication with me throughout. One of them even calling me from her private number whilst getting ready for bed to inform me that the issue has finally been resolved. I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the manager, Uveshni and her team, namely Martin, Dean and Dudu for their excellent service and impeccable communication skills and for keeping me updated all the time during those 2 long days.
