<div>OMG WOW the worst experience ever bought a car from affordable cars broke down within 2 weeks they fixed the issues then 5 months down line the exact same issue happen but worse and they refused to fix it unfortunately this time was just over the 6 month period andbwe couldn't get them to fix it, they refused to even assist, i have a small family and couldn't really afford a new car and these guys promised to sell us a good car for my wife and 2 kids ive got stuck so many times with my kids in the car. I could not belive once i booked it in to get fixed the report I received that the car was in a accident and so many other issues the car is now sitting unable to pay for repairs as it's way over our budget, please guys be careful.</div>
I cant explain how disappointing Rain is and i use to brag about rain in the beginning now i cant wait to change to a different service provider. The past year I've been struggling to get someone from rain to sort out my low network coverage the only time you can get through to them is if you wait over a long period of time to get ahold of their call center just to get a small issue sorted today was upsetting when one of their agents called me with attitude telling me they going to take action if we dont pay the outstanding, I said excuse me! Dont come threaten me, as a client we have been loyal for 5 years never missing payments and firstly I've been trying to contact rain for the past year to help sort out the ****y network weve been getting and no one contacts me back and ive logged 20 tickes with rain for sevice and still nothing now you have the Flippin nerve to phone me after one month unpaid premiun and threaten me. I told them their client edict is pathetic and ill be contacting their manager because this is bull as loyal customers to be treated and bul**** for one month premium, they usually switch the network off if im in arrears so I never worry about it as I know the debit order goes off fine all the time i have no idea what the issue was now as I said to them i have no problem settling the outstanding yet she continued to tell me that if its not sorted they will take action geez seriously rude employees. They give ****ty customer service but quick to treat their clients like **** for a month unpaid premium. Anyway they are completely useless unfortunately. No point logging a ticket for support becuse nothing happens I'm still waiting for one of their technicians to come have a look at my router 7 months later lol what a joke, trust me they all to your needs when you new. Give it few months then it all goes down the drain.
