One of the employees drove the vehicle of the premises for 16km apparently to have the car washed<br> The interior was covered in body putty dust.<br> The roof lining was removed to repair the hail damage to the roof, the roof lining is so dirty I do not think the best valet service in the world will be able to clean it, plus some of the grommets on the roofline where not reinstalled<br> The roof had overspray and I needed to polish the roof to remove most of the overspray<br> I needed to replace the battery<br> On arrival at home I noticed that the Alarm/Immobilizer and central locking system does not work anymore and they have tampered with the control unit under the dashboard.<br> The driver's door and passenger door windows could not open and close, I removed the door panels and noted that most of the grommets keeping the panels in place where not there anymore.<br> I needed to call out an auto electrician afterhours to have the Alarm/Immobilizer and Central locking system fixed, plus the driver's door electric window wiring was not installed correctly, the rear passenger door glass touched on the metal frame of the door and need some adjustment<br> Overall not a good repair experience
Claim 918539<br> <br> No joy from Hollard after claiming for my Fridge/Freezer combo after cable theft and electrical spike<br> I was forced to dump the rotten food in our complex bins as it became a health hazard in my home<br> After more than a week of not resolving the Fridge issue with Hollard and their incompetent service repair centre I was forced to purchase a new Fridge/Freezer due to the old unit not being economical to repair (no person can live without a Fridge/Freezer)<br> What is Hollard's mechanical/electrical spike protection worth on their policy if they cannot resolve a claim of this urgency in a reasonable time span<br> Lourens du Plessis<br>
