Total ****!!

This site is a total **** and a ****mers dream team. My poor mom who is not the best at tech was ****med out of quite a bit of money thinking she would spoil the family a bit. Although this site works well with other **** sites, don't be fooled. You get sent tracking updates and you can see that your package has arrived, often months later, and was delivered straight to you, but all you received was frustration and a whole big bag of nothingness.

Weak phone and warranty with excuses attached

I will never get a Vivo phone again. I was just playing games when all of a sudden my screen starts to bleed purple. After I took it in as the phone is only 9 months old and as Vivo admitted "in a good condition" I was disgusted to get a bill for the replacement of the internal screen. It is still under warranty and the bleeding was not caused by user error. Days leading up to the bleed the phone was freezing and getting very hot. I tried to explain this but they still maintain I bumped it or it endured pressure whilst in a bag or pocket. Not to mention it took Vivo over 4 weeks to get back to me.
