STAY AWAY! WORST INSURANCE COMPANY! STAY FAR AWAY!
I have had the WORST experience with Hollard, My car is a 2016 i20 - Hyundai has a well known paint peeling problem - which they are currently been sued for. my car was accepted by Hollard as the cars paint was peeling years before I took the policy - I received a call that my car has been taken off my policy and is no longer insured, the reason for this is because my cars paint is peeling and it affects the overall value of the car and deems it unroadworthy, my argument is that I have never claimed for my paint, and how does the paint effect the drivability of the car, so according to them my car is not road worthy and i need to submit a DEKRA road worthy report AT MY EXPENSE! HOW DOES PEELING PAINT MAKE THE CAR NOT RAOD WORTHY???? Hollard are absolutely *******, I urge everyone to stay very far away, because when it comes time to claim, 1 million reasons why they cant, but they take your money in record time. to top it all off when trying to get a new policy with OUTsurance, I went through the whole 25 min phone call process just to be told I HAVE BEEN BLACKLISTED BY HOLLARD AND I AM DEEMED UNINSURABLE! THIS IS ******* AND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM! I have not received any good service from them, endless *** - USELESS A***HOLES Rather go with OUTsurance.

THE BEST BAND MERCH COMPANY IN SA! \m/ These guys literally gave the best service from start to finish! I had a near impossible item to source and freakflag managed to bring one into SA especially for me :D Madison Morrison is an absolute gem!
