This has by far been the worst experience ever. I've been waiting on feedback from the ***** department and the complaints department won't respond either. I have been calling every second day to get feedback on money that they still cannot account for. Whenever I call they tell me they will get back to me before close of business. We are going on 2 months now without any feedback. I'm starting to think this is what normally happens. i feel for silly for trusting Discovery Bank with the huge amounts i trusted they with. There are 2 cases they have not resolved which prohibits me from using my account with ease. All areas on the app are greyed out and I'm still waiting on someone to help me. How am i expected to use the money when I don't have visibility of it. This is devastating and honestly down right rude. I really disappointed and want my money
I have the worst experience with them. Took the car in, it's stayed for 3 months. got it back. Sensor light was affected, took it back in and waited, they fixed it. 2 says later it indicated low oil pressure sign. This means they have to open the engine for the 3rd time. Who will pay for the damage that has been done? I'm angry at Budget Insurance taking my car to Vanos Tech.
It brings me great sadness to witness the treatment I have recieved form Budget Insurance. It started out when I made a claim for my car to towed. They had written a report for the car to be towed and left at Audi, where charges would accumulate without me knowing why. The comany that towed the car had to explain to my what would happen if they left the car at Audi. That's the first red flag we missed. They came to collect the car, now instead of sending the car to a close by repair company, they take the car all the way on the other side of the area we reside in. This would mean it would generate more costs to go see the car. Alright before the cost would generate, we got a courtesy car (as part of our insurance plan) that lasted 30 days. After the 30 days, We had to follow up on what was going on. Budget apologised and offered us another 7 days and said it would be the last extension they were willing to give, even though they had no clue on how far the repairs had gone. A few days went by, it's now 3 months the car was not back. I called (Vanos Tech) and said I needed it back, they said to come collect it, it was ready. Upon collecting the car we were told all was good. We inspected the car, all seemed good. Now a day after colleting the car, there was a flashing sensor light (that was never there before). We were told to bring it back. Mind you we have to make our own means of getting there. My partner stayed and waited till the issue been fixed (or so we thought). A few more days again down the line, another sign came back on, indicating low oil pressure (this is a sign that should not be taken lightly as it might damage the engine). Again we have to travel to and back from our own pockets, this has become really exhausting. If we wanted to sell the car, who would buy a car with an engine that has been open more than 3 times????? Should it be faulty again after the return, would we have to play this game until ???? We still have not gotten feedback about the car, nobody is concerned about how we are moving around. It's a honestly tiring given we pay our premiums without fail. All we ask is to be treated half-human atleast. It's really sowed a bad seed on my mind of how I'm weighed as a client, whose a woman and African. There is so much more we wish we could share, like being passed on from pillar to post, department to dispute departments, Ombudsman for Insurance to nothing. There's just not a lot of time to cover it all. If BUDGET INSURANCE say they are taking your car to VANOS TECH, do yourself a favour, DO NOT AGREE!!!!!
