SAME COMPLAIN YET NOTHING GETS DONE!!!
Their drivers change routes as they please especially on Saturdays, a few complaints has been lodged with the company but nothing has been done as the same thing repeatedly happens. Drivers listen to their buddies to take their preferred routes ... it's just a mess ALL they know is to keeping digging deep into our pockets. They don't care at all because they don't competitor's.

POOR QUALITY VS POOR SERVICE
I bought their "leather couches" for 20k+ beginning 2020 and by Feb 2022 they had already started to pill off, I've since sent them numerous emails with proof of purchase complaining about the quality of their couches and to date no-one has bothered acknowledging my complaint as a customer.
