Continuous suboptimal service from Discovery insure
I have been with discovery insurance for more than 5 years now however all the time I have a claim I get suboptimal service, and I ask myself whether it is worth it to be paying so much with such pathetic service from this insurance. About 2 weeks ago I logged a claim about a building leak at my house and someone came to assess, and report was done and up today i have NEVER been given any feedback unless i initiate it and up to today nothing has been done, and NO ONE IS SAYING ANYTHING. Even worse, this insurance assigns a consultant to look after your claim and she has never ever given me any feedback even worse she ignores my emails. ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THE LEAK Very disappointing experience for me with this insurance

HomeTech solar company in Durban unprofessional
Hometech solar company in Durban installed my pool heater solar panels wrongly and now they are taking me from pillar to post when they are supposed to fix them correctly. And it has been over 2 months now.

Terrible service on an emergency situation
What a pathetic service i have received. I reported a burst geyser Friday. Its Monday and geyser still not fixed and its leaking. Even worse their call center agent drop a call on me because it was knock off time and rushing home.
