im not even worth an email.
They started off very well... Communication was great and it actually gave me hope. But for some reason I am now finding myself begging for any update on my case to have a flag removed. Phones are not answered, emails neither and the only lady who does communicate cannot assist due to her current medical situation.. i am devastated to say the least, as their lack of communication and feedback actually impacts me negatively. i really cannot express how distresful this is as well as most degrading.
