I serviced my Suzuki Fronx with BB Suzuki Hatfield in August 2025 and when I got it back there was an issue with the aircon where it was not heating enough or cooling enough. When I took my car in today, 22 October 2025 to be checked I got attended to by a guy with the worst attitude as if I owe him something or he is doing me a favour by attending to my car’s issue; meanwhile the car still has service and warranty plans. They will never get business from me again.
