I made a booking via your website on 10/10/23 for the Saturday 14/10/23. On the site I selected the check in time for 9h00. Upon arrival I was informed that check in is only at 15h00. Which I understood. I booked the double crash pad (2 bedrooms, 2 double beds). When we got to the unit 220, it was just 1 room and 1 bed. Nothing like what I booked. When we went to reception to enquire, the male receptionist had an attitude and told us we misunderstoodand there is no such room like what I’m showing. (Why does it then display on the website when you Book?) after a few words was exchanged the solution he said was for us to leave the hotel. 10min later they came to the room and said we need to leave now as the room has been booked. The manager also said we will be refunded in full. When I asked how they just said the site will reverse the payment and no need to call us. Till today no refund has been received. I have sent emails, called the office, made contact via Instagram but no avail . No one has gotten back to me. I do not recommend Mojo Hotel to anybody. The worst treatment I have ever received.
