I found myself advocating and marketing for “ Carello Auto” voluntarily so, ‘ -unprovoked 😂’ this week amongst my social circle, and this inspired me to rather leave my view on the public domain. - cos happy to do so. Carello auto is one of those tricky companies, you wish them success ( but their success is mostly emanating from someone’s misfortune 😅😅😅) But I can never hold back from their excellent service. The person responsible for customer-centric/ care and the culture ( attitude and awareness) has done an amazing job. I would like to draw attention to the manner Ntando treated me. He made me feel like I was thee only Carello customer at the time. All his colleagues aligned to the gesture each time I stepped in. He extended the customer care to ( sadly I didn’t see her at reception when I came to collect the car) but even including Veronica’s smile and coffee. The receptionist was such a warm and proper face of the culture the compony wants to exude. The attitude I experienced from Ntando and team was nothing short of phenomenal. He is a good listener, and keeps all of us in mind as if there is only one customer per day, sending daily ( I mean, daily) updates of my car. He would also take advantage of his experience to advise you how to go about with the process of having the best results, at the less inconvenience. It feels like as long as your car is with Carello Auto, you are part of the family. The ‘downtime’ feels less dreadful as it would have been with other panel beater I implore management to continue keeping this team highly motivated. It’s nothing but an indirect investment to the bigger growth and success of this compony. Big ups team! Thanks Ntando!
