Mark Electronics advertise that they fix TV's on the customer's premisses. They don't provide any fixed address. On the 15th of August 2025, they sent a technician to fix my TV but after they had left the Tv had a different fault. The next day they took it to their workshop and since then both "Mark" and his technician haven't returned my Tv despite several promises from "Mark". They only communicate through WhatsApp and email, which means I have no idea how to find their physical address. Be very careful of Mark Electronics as they can not be trusted. Anyone who has dealt with them please help!
<div>Tyres.co.za has neither delivered nor refunded me for a trye I ordered and paid for in June 2023. *****, representing Tyres.co.za has made numerous promises (weekly) to deliver the tyre but kept none of these. on the 14th of August I requested my refund but to no refund has been paid to me. I have email and WhatsApp correspondence to prove what I am saying. On 20th October, after writing a review on Hello Peter, I suddenly received a purported "proof of payment" into my account (refund). however this "payment" has not reflected in my account after 9 days. I am therefore warning anyone considering buying from Tyres.co.za to be extremely careful.</div>
STAY AWAY FROM Tyres.co.za (Thomas Rundle). On 24 July 2024, I ordered a tyre from this company and that was a start of my nightmare. I received neither the trye nor my refund. I have written correspondence between my self and the company (Rundle) lasting more than a month in this regard. On 24 July I received confirmation that my order had been processed (order 7983) after they had received payment. Delivery should have been in 3 days. On 31 July I enquired as my order had not arrived. I later received a message that they would now deliver on Wednesday, which did not happen. On 2 August I enquired again and only to be told "I am busy checking on this". This was followe by another promis to deliver on Friday (4 august). This did not happen. From then it was promises and apologies for weeks. Eventually, on the 14th of August I cancelled the order asked for my refund. Thomas would not want to talk to me on the phone and only responded to WhatsApp messages. He insisted on sending me the tryre but I refused to take it because I had bought another one. Ultimately, he agreed to process my refund on 30 August 2023. This did not happen. On 4 September I enquired about my refund again. He undertook to send me proof of refund in two days because I was insisting on having it. On the 6th of September, he again promised to send said proof of refund by 12 pm. To date, I have not received any refund nor any correspondence from Tyres.co.za. I am in the process of exposing this ********ity as well as taking legal action. Beware that this company is run by a ***** who is swindling customers without any shame.
