Mark Electronics is ****mers and *****sters. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They claim to fix Tvs. They will ask you to make half a deposit for the repairs, then disappears. I will be making a case. They use a whatsapp number for communication. Their address is 48 Monument Road Kempton Park for anyone that has been ****med by this business

Mark Electronics is ****mers and *****sters. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They claim to fix Tvs. They will ask you to make half a deposit for the repairs, then disappears. I will be making a case. The worst customer care
I strongly advise against taking your appliances to Mark Electronics. I took my Smart TV in for repairs, and instead of fixing the original issue, they replaced the motherboard with one from a non-smart TV — effectively removing the “smart” functionality. The technician, Kelvin, assured me that they would return later that day to resolve the issue since my remote no longer worked. Two days passed without any follow-up. When I contacted the owner, he dismissively told me to “just get a universal remote.” As a result, I now have a Smart TV that is no longer smart and a remote that doesn’t work. If you want your electronics properly repaired and fully functional, I do not recommend Mark Electronics.

Mark Electronics is a a *****ulent company. They ****med me out of R2800 for a TV repair. They never did the repair and stopped taking calls. They never intended to do the repair. I am opening a case against hem at the police station.

Mark Electronics - not to be trusted and don't provide a physical address.
Mark Electronics advertise that they fix TV's on the customer's premisses. They don't provide any fixed address. On the 15th of August 2025, they sent a technician to fix my TV but after they had left the Tv had a different fault. The next day they took it to their workshop and since then both "Mark" and his technician haven't returned my Tv despite several promises from "Mark". They only communicate through WhatsApp and email, which means I have no idea how to find their physical address. Be very careful of Mark Electronics as they can not be trusted. Anyone who has dealt with them please help!
