The worst customer care

I strongly advise against taking your appliances to Mark Electronics. I took my Smart TV in for repairs, and instead of fixing the original issue, they replaced the motherboard with one from a non-smart TV — effectively removing the “smart” functionality.

The technician, Kelvin, assured me that they would return later that day to resolve the issue since my remote no longer worked. Two days passed without any follow-up. When I contacted the owner, he dismissively told me to “just get a universal remote.”

As a result, I now have a Smart TV that is no longer smart and a remote that doesn’t work. If you want your electronics properly repaired and fully functional, I do not recommend Mark Electronics.
