Mark Electronics is a a *****ulent company. They ****med me out of R2800 for a TV repair. They never did the repair and stopped taking calls. They never intended to do the repair. I am opening a case against hem at the police station.
I have been trying to cancel (as I am legally entitled - the contract is up) since August last year. They are still billing me and do not put in place any instructions to cancel. I am reassured EVERY TIME a consultant phones that the contract will be cancelled. Now I want a refund. This is criminal behaviour!
I am so fed up with trying to resolve matters with Vodacom. Since August I have been trying to close an account. Due to Vodacom errors they are now saying I can only close in January. ALL THEIR ERRORS! It seems like they are just trying to run out the clock now. This is tantamount to theft. After accepting advice from a Vodacom rep in store, and based on the Vodacom computer system, I upgraded a different account. Now they are saying their computer system should not have shown the incorrect date that it did. How, I ask, is one supposed to make informed decisions when you can't even count on information from Vodacom?
The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. From the GM Harry, who went above and beyond, to Hope who was professional yet super warm and friendly, keeping me updated frequently, and 'Silver Magic' who lovingly restored my car to its former glory and all the others whose names I didn't get. What a wonderful team! My car looks new.
Vodacom has repeatedly messed up the billing on my account and now, when my account came up for renewal, they tacked on an extra 5 months before it can be upgraded. Having spent about 8 hours on the phone with various people, they requested 'evidence' which I have sent 5 times. ALL Vodacom email addresses keep bounding. And as time goes on, Vodacom keeps illegally billing me. I am exhausted, fed up and angry. I am MOST angry that I have tied myself in to another 5 years with Vodacom.
