Exceptional Service Autobahn Isando
The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. From the GM Harry, who went above and beyond, to Hope who was professional yet super warm and friendly, keeping me updated frequently, and 'Silver Magic' who lovingly restored my car to its former glory and all the others whose names I didn't get. What a wonderful team! My car looks new.

Exceptional Service Autobahn Isando
The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I would just like to thank the team at BMW Autobahn Isando repair centre for assising me repair my BMW 125i. You guys never disappoint and you go the extra mile by helping buff out other marks and dents on the side. You guys are champs! Going out to Kyle, Adriaan and Willem!

Thieves
I just got my car yesterday from repairs and they stole car seat buckles in the back like ***, big thieves. I mean even the person who was walking to my car helping me transfer staff to my car he noticed he could not buckle the baby seat and pretended and when I got to nursery trying to buckle the car seats at the back they are take out. BMW South Africa needs to shut this place too many complaints

Pathetic service.
Shocking service. Rude staff. Even the paintwork was scratched. Will never go back there.
