BMW Autobahn repair centre. The worst service. They don’t return phone calls. Workmanship is poor.
They were quick to respond to my query, on time for the appointment, friendly and paid a fair price for my car.
Drive through Covid testing. I did my Covid test 7 days ago and still no sms or phone call from Dischem. I understand there is a huge amount of tests done but 7 days, Come on that is just ridiculous. I subsequently went for another test and got a negative result, but it cost me another R850. I get the impression the Dischem drive through testing is just a money making scam. As I said I had to pay another R850 for another test. So please don’t use Dischem, at least not until they sort out there test capacity. Shame on you Dischem, notwhat I expected from you
Fraud was committed on my Nedbank account in December. (Online paypal transaction) I immediately got an sms stating possible fraud on my account. I contacted the fraud department, first no answer. A day later I eventually got hold of them. They sent me a form to complete which I returned, and that was the last I heard from them. I subsequently contacted the customer complaints department, they even put me in touch with an agent that handles the case. Sent him an email, and also no reply. Nedbank, if you see this, please just reply to an email!!
I ordered a dstv decoder on line 20 days ago. Order no MAK ********** . After not receiving it after more than a week I drove to the Germiston store and was told that ther are no stock and I will be given a refund. I was promised the refund will reflect in my account within 2 to 5 days, its been 11 days now. I have sent emails to the person I spoke to and he does not reply to my emails. I even wrote a hellopeter coment and makro came back to me that they will look into the matter, well guess what, still waiting for that too. I find the service from Makro extremely poor, promices get made, and not kept, they don’t even have the decency to reply to emails, and as for their online phine numer, phoned that twice, was promised they will get back to me, and still waiting for that too, and I still don’t have the money that they owe me. I order a DSTV decoder online last week. Payment deduction went off my bank account within 2 days. Delivery was estimated to be yesterday. 12/02/2019. When I check online it order keeps telling me “order in process, awating payment” . I contacted the makro online number twice, second call took almost a half an hour, both times I was promised that, someone will phone me back with an answer asap. Nobody has phones me back. I also sent two emails, inquiring about the order, but also have not received an answer back. I think that is very poor service from Makro, something I’m not used to from them. The order no is MAK ********** .
