We got married at a venue not far from Harties. This DJ came recommended by the venue already and we bought it. We were asked to provide a specific list of music to be played during the important parts and at the party. We gave a very detailed list, even linking the specific versions but when these songs were played, they were completely different versions. They messed up our song for the groomsmen to walk in on, promised a smoke machine during our first dance, this never happened. They didn't want to put the music louder because it was a Sunday........ Throughout random songs, they play this random sound insert advertising them. This ruined a dance I had with my bride ON OUR LAST SONG!!!! They did not present themselves neatly/formally. They looked untidy. Stay FAR AWAY!
Good day. I please want to know what the hell is going on with my money being held and when it will be released back to me? I booked a Suzuki Ertiga on the 30th of April 2022 and collected it at Cape-Town International Airport. No staff member did an inspection on the vehicle with me when I collected the vehicle, I was given the keys and was told where the vehicle is parked. I took it upon myself to take pictures of the vehicle before we left. The only thing that was not photographed by me was the 4 rims. I returned the vehicle on the 10th of May 2022 which was a day before I was meant to book the vehicle back. Up until now, I have not received ANY communication, email or phone call from Budget to discuss anything! I was told that the only damages on the vehicle was a scratch on the rim. I know for a fact I did not clip any curbs or drove in a manner that would have damaged the rim, I inspected the rim and saw the rust. I told the lady that it is an old scratch because it was rusted already.Furthermore, following my call with the branch today, I was told that there is an additional stone chip on the bonnet and bumps?? After I dropped the vehicle off at Budget, I was only told there was a scratch on the rim, now all of a sudden there is two additional areas on the car that I am supposedly responsible for???On the pictures I took, there is at least 10 stone chips on the front of the car, bad scratch marks on the corner of the vehicle, bad scratch marks all over the front fender, scratch marks on the mirror cover, scratch marks on the doors, scratch marks and chips on the rear fender, marks on the back of the vehicle and bumper.When you compare that to the report that was given to me on my contract where it states that the only damages to the vehicle was a chip on the windscreen, the two statements do not add up.If there were any damages on the vehicle, I should have been informed upon inspection by Budget when I dropped the vehicle, the only thing that I was informed about was the rim damages. I wrote in my own handwriting my comment about the scratch being rusted on the report. She indicated to me that it was the only concern.So do not try to place the blame on me for the damages someone else caused on your vehicle. I need an answer as to when my money will be released please.
Karaglen Spar - Edenvale. I just want to say thank you to Andreas at Karaglen Spar for his good customer service. I bought a Spar Brand 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ML bottle as our old one was nearing empty. This morning as I tried to open the bottle with only my hands, the neck of the glass bottle literally broke off as the seal/cap did not come off. I took the bottle to Andreas at Karaglen, at first he seemed a bit skeptical about my story, but I understand it sounds unlikely. Nonetheless, Andreas exchanged it for me for a new one. Thank you for giving me the benefit of the doubt as this really happened. Great service from the staff and the shop where I will continue to buy ALL my monthly groceries.
I would just like to say thank you to Mark at Auto-Mate Greenstone. We have a problematic car, we had the car at our "regular" mechanic. We started to suspect that he was ripping us off by replacing random car parts with an unjustifiable invoice to follow. We subsequently decided to take the car to Auto-Mate in Greenstone, Mark assisted me. Let me say that the car is not fixed yet "cannot locate the problem YET" but when I look at the extent to which Mark is willing to go in order to ensure customer satisfaction, it is unmatched! I will vouch for Auto-Mate wherever I can and continue to take my vehicles to him when service is due. Thank you Mark for your efforts.
HP OfficeJet 7510 wide format all-in-one - I have had this printer for about 4 years. In total, I have printed 1525 Pages, Scanned a total of 694 Pages and copied 452 Pages. The printer is giving me a Printer Head error. I have been advised by a local authorized repair shop that the printer is irreparable and needs to be completely replaced?????? WHAT A F&$^#% JOKE! And I thought buying this printer for an expensive price tag of nearly R4,000.00 would last me a bit longer than 1525 pages.... What do you have to say for yourself?
I visited the Suzuki Branch in Alberton today in search of a new Suzuki Swift. I went to sit down and see what I can be approved for, they listed a 2021 Suzuki Swift GL for a cash price of 179,900.00 With my Deposit and balloon payment my installment would work out at R 2,115.42 Then I google Suzuki swift and see Braynston is running a special on the same vehicle for R175,900. I called the Braynston branch and asked, the guy took down my details and he said "no we can give you a better price". It feels like I am being played like a puppet!!!! Why can I not be given the best price at one dealership? Why must I feel like now I need to phone every branch around Gauteng to get a better price??? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME! We were doing shopping at the Germiston Branch. We got to the car and a bottle of sauce broke inside the car, I was so distracted by cleaning up the mess, I forgot my iPad in the trolley. I left and came back 15 minutes later to see that one of the car guards took it to the control room for safe keeping. I gave him the R100 in my wallet to say thank you. Great job

I would just like to thank the team at BMW Autobahn Isando repair centre for assising me repair my BMW 125i. You guys never disappoint and you go the extra mile by helping buff out other marks and dents on the side. You guys are champs! Going out to Kyle, Adriaan and Willem!
