Mancosa eating our money for no reason

am a student at mancosa and i have been receiving negative response from them every year. So i submitted my first assignment and it came back with low marks then i decided to do a resubmission, then i did everything according to the guideline then it turns out that the feedback from them was misguiding me. On my script on question 2 they marked it all wrong but i got 1/10, they didn't mark my script at all but gave me low marks that don't correspond with everything. I tried calling but they put on hold for hours that time am using airtime and even when you write an email they never respond. Another thing is that they increased the money i have to pay and when i ask no correct respond from them. so please help me with mancosa, i can't keep on giving them my money for no reason and am the last year student
