Distasteful and unprofessional service.
I registered to complete my MBA on the 04/02/2025. I have previously studied with MANCOSA and received fairly efficient service, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated tremendously. I did not want to pursue the hellopeter avenue, but sadly, I had no choice. I'm unable to speak to any management. There is no accountability and responsibility. I even visited the branch in Centurion but to no avail. The response and sharing of crucial information is rather distasteful. I submitted my topic submission and after almost three weeks I received a proper reply on the way forward due to the back and forth.

I registered to complete my MBA on the 04/02/2025. I have previously studied with MANCOSA and received fairly efficient service, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated tremendously. I did not want to pursue the hellopeter avenue, but sadly, I had no choice. I'm unable to speak to any management. There is no accountability and responsibility. Mancosa eating our money for no reason
am a student at mancosa and i have been receiving negative response from them every year. So i submitted my first assignment and it came back with low marks then i decided to do a resubmission, then i did everything according to the guideline then it turns out that the feedback from them was misguiding me. On my script on question 2 they marked it all wrong but i got 1/10, they didn't mark my script at all but gave me low marks that don't correspond with everything. I tried calling but they put on hold for hours that time am using airtime and even when you write an email they never respond. Another thing is that they increased the money i have to pay and when i ask no correct respond from them. so please help me with mancosa, i can't keep on giving them my money for no reason and am the last year student

No responses, no feedback, bad service
I have enrolled for my Mcom with Mancosa last year, my supervisor was changed in the process after I got approvals I had to restart the approval process again which means time is also moving, I finally submitted my ethical clearance and received it back to rectify which was on the 14th of November 2022,I rectified and send it back on the 24th of November 2022, I followed up with no response, January came I called several times and sent more than 4 emails still no response, then I was told my research coordinator was on leave, very sad that when one is on leave no one can assist i waited until she came back only to be responded back with the same ethical clearance that I submitted first,nothing has been done to my second resubmission, I immediately notified my coordinator, and as usual no response this is now the 8th day, my ethical clearance took more than 6 weeks only for me to get the same one back, I send emails and made several calls and guess what as usual and I'm being told my coordinator is working from home, my submission due date is even coming to an end, I'm also going on maternity leave with no response, exhaustion,frustration and regrets of registering with this institution, my employer is also following up with me I font even know whst to tell them because I also don't know, I would not recommend anyone to do their MBA or Mcom here

No responses, no feedback, bad service

A review of appreciation to Siphesihle Ngubane!!
None of my queries have ever been dealt with or handled in an understanding and compassionate manner, as people make mistake sometimes or given wrong information etc. But For the first time ever since I enrolled with this institution, Siphesihle Ngubane from Mancosa assisted me and responded in a manner that showed understanding and also was firm in reprimanding me not to make such mistake as the one my "ticket" was based on. I don't know you Siphesihle Ngubane but thank you for for the manner in which you responded to me.

Incompetent ****** Mancosa!!!
Mancosa is the worse higher learning institution, i can not stress this enough. They are ****** incompetent. I will write about them until enough people see this and do something about it. I'm hoping i will save as many people as i can from making the same mistake i did by enrolling with that "cash making scheme" they should never call themselves worthy of any of us studying through them. I am still waiting for my December results even though i paid the amount they wanted after pitting me in a payment plan i never signed up for.

Mancosa The Nightmare That Keeps on Giving
If u are considering whether to register or not to register with Mancosa, don't. Mancosa will be your worse night me, trust me I know, I'm still suffering through this nightmare called Mancosa. They tell you one thing while they wanting you to enroll and register with them but once you are in, you will experience system issues, receive no meaningful academic assistance, they will lie about everything during the registration process, you will get assignment merks after you have written exams(which is no benefit to you at that time), you will log tickets(queries) which you will receive a response stating you query has been resolved when in actual fact it wasn't, they will withhold your first semester results even though they had said they wouldn't and they will but you on a financial plan thet you never chose, you will experience all these issues and more during your studies with Mancosa. Go to their social media pages and read for yourself before you regret going for this institution for your chosen field of study. Had the worse experience writing my first paper with then, they will intimidate you for speaking out against all that's happening once you are inside. My advice for anyone who cares to listen; Go for any othrr institution but Mancosa!!!
