At this point Alexander forbes deserves no ratings at all ,I have been waiting for my payout for more 6 months, the first lady who dealt with my claim dediced to do nothing about it or even escalate my matter, she simply said contact your employer when I had queries and questions to ask,someone then took over but it seems all of them at Alexander are not even clear of their own rules process and the law, they keep telling me yo wait a wake every week to get a response and everytime the answer comes I will be told they waiting for an employer, the employer has been given more than six months to decide on my money, yet Alexander s rules are talking about how they use their discretion to make decisions, there is ko such thing ,they would rather let an individual suffer than loose business with the employer, at this point I'm still waiting for response which I was to get yesterday and very sure that I will be getting a response that is no solution and be asked to be patient, week by week I have been told to be patient, at this point I'm seeking legal assistance and reported this to the ombudsman.
I have enrolled for my Mcom with Mancosa last year, my supervisor was changed in the process after I got approvals I had to restart the approval process again which means time is also moving, I finally submitted my ethical clearance and received it back to rectify which was on the 14th of November 2022,I rectified and send it back on the 24th of November 2022, I followed up with no response, January came I called several times and sent more than 4 emails still no response, then I was told my research coordinator was on leave, very sad that when one is on leave no one can assist i waited until she came back only to be responded back with the same ethical clearance that I submitted first,nothing has been done to my second resubmission, I immediately notified my coordinator, and as usual no response this is now the 8th day, my ethical clearance took more than 6 weeks only for me to get the same one back, I send emails and made several calls and guess what as usual and I'm being told my coordinator is working from home, my submission due date is even coming to an end, I'm also going on maternity leave with no response, exhaustion,frustration and regrets of registering with this institution, my employer is also following up with me I font even know whst to tell them because I also don't know, I would not recommend anyone to do their MBA or Mcom here
I had a contract with telkom and overpaid my contract,I had to get my refund and everytime I call they taking me from pillar to pillar I have reference numbers that bo one is following up on ,they told me it takes 7 working days and it has been more than that 16 days and everytime I'm told my issue is not closed off ,no one attended it ,then suddenly I'm asked if I submitted my statement while no one ever said it's a requirement,they asked for my banking details but still don't have my refund
I had an account with telkom which was handed over to nudebt,I paid my account and the end of July I paid 400 rand,to my surprise when I asked for my statement I'm told my account has been handed back to telkom,no one told me and finally u get my statement which shows all the other payments except for my last payment,I then ask them on email on what happened to my last payment because it doesn't even reflect on the statement and where is it gonna go since my account has been handed back to telkom,then suddenly nudebt stopped responding,I send several follow up emails and still no response until today,all I want is my money back or for it to be allocated correctly or send to telkom for my last month payment,but to date no response
<p>My foschini account is handed over to this company and t my suprise i receive emails and letters which they charge from different people ,a months before and last month i was contacted by 5 people ,for the account 2 on the same month and 3 last month and evertime they contact me its like they just decide an amount out of their heads of how much i should pay,their amounts differ yet they are still for the same months ,the other one will say i need to pay 500 yet the other will say 600,then last month i received an email from another person saying i failed to pay my account ,even thou i did and send proof of payment to the first two that send me an email,then i reveived two more emaild from different people last month also stating diffrent amount ,i paid and send them proof of payment and still receieved sms saying i should pay ,its very confusing that people that work together are busy on one account and sending different things on it ,i send an email to get clarity and no one bothered to respond .opening foschini account was the worst decision i ever made .</p>
<p>i have an account with truworths and it was handed over to MBD ,now i made arrngements several times for it to be paid and i pay the amount requested each month ,everytime after the payment MBD still harrases me and send sms,letters and every possible communication which they charge for and ensure that thisaccount is forever in arraers ,they call you or sms a day after you made payments and will continue doing so the whole month ,i made another arrangement last week with some lady and then suddenly yesterdya another one called to make the same arragement i made before ,and i told her i do not want any calls or sms unless i do not comply with the arrangement to my suprise today i am getting another sms from MBD saying urgent promised paymentdue on truworths account to prevent further action.pay immediately .MBD ,now someone tell me how is that possible while my payment day hasnt even passed yet and my arrangement was only made yesterday,i think its time i start involving my legal advisers as this is another level of harrasment .</p>
<p>i received a call from a lady and her name started with an N i think ,she told me she was calling in regards to my account which is overdue an handed over ,an said that i made a promise to pay my account on the 21st ,she did not give me a chance to explain that the arrangement for the 21st its an arrangement i made for decemeber due to december salary coming very early ,the lady was theaterning an told me how she will hand over the account to the lawyesr ,i asked her if she will not give me a chance to explain and she refused and banged the phone ,nonetheless i wanted to explain to the lady that i have already paid up my account for january via eft ,but hey the rudeness from that lady did not get me a chance to say anything ,if you want to see your rights being violated ,speak to an MBD consultants .</p>
i had an account with mtn in 2012,i settled the account an paid it off,they i realized it was not closed when i check my credit report,i called in spoke to some guy who said it was not a problem as the balance is 0 an it should be closed off,i checked an realized it is still open,i have called mtn i dnt know how many times they keep telling me the account is with legal an they keep transferring from one person to another an telling me legal does not answer calls,how am i supposed to get help if they not answering calls ,i have been on a call for 3 hours today an im still being transferred,no one knows how to help me .
i have applied for a loan with getbucks because i had emergency,meaning i needed the money urgently,i applied on Monday and they say they pay out in 2 hours,i still haven't received the funds and when i contact them via their chat ,they keep telling me about an it problem they are having and when i ask the lady why don't they notify us,shes telling me some clients are very understanding and make their life a lot easier,meaning im not,how do i make your life easier while you guys fail to notify your customers and let them know by sms or email,for as much as you are able to say when other things are needed,i need to contact them everyday to ask what is going on and from their side no one gives you feedback of what is going on and why is the money not paid,the reason we take emergency loans it means you need to use it at that time and it very urgent,i am very disappointed in them and im still waiting for the payment which still haven't got though even now .
i had a contract with Mtn and it went in arrears but i arranged to pay for it and finished paying for it and got a paid up letter in February 2015,when i viewed my credit report it said the account was handed over in march which does not make sense as i got the letter in February,i called the call center and the guy who i was talking to told me to just ignore it as the account shows 0 from his side,i told him i cannot ignore it as this is affecting my credit report ,and he said he will log in a query and they will get back to me in 2 to 3 working days,it has been a month now and i still haven't heard anything from MTN ,and i also don't understand why the account is still open from their if i finished paying it off,i deserve answers and my account and be updated,as im now seating on a handed over account which i fully paid .
