Worked for city wide, they only care about looking good for their clients, the armed response officers can't protect you from a theif hurting you or holding a weapon against you, as they don't even use real guns, pepper bullets and half of the bullets dont even work and are duds as you will see where the firing pin hit the ignition and dirt on the casing or expired due to aging. If someone breaks into your house 5 min later after citywide arrives he's just going to stand there and wait another 30 min for saps or Atlas or someone else with a real weapon to arrive by that time you dead and your TV is gone. I complained about this so they decided to terminate my contract, after being very good to me, I don't have a problem with management or anyone, just the company in whole probably more upper CEO who just cares about the money, won't mention names. Very poor service as they never get any training either and more than half never pass their shooting practice so even if they do have guns they will end up shooting themselves first. ***********. But for public reasons like a drunk guy or something then sure they can remove them from the area that's all they good for.
