I have been going to MKEM Skin Care for the past few months now to get my brows shaped & tinted and always gets the best service. I am fed-up now because I am phoning skynet every day since 26 June 2025 for my delivery. Every single time I am being told your case has been escalated and they will get back to me. 5 days later I am still waiting for my parcel. I keep getting reference numbers, but it means nothing because the problem is not being solved. Whoever I speak keep telling me they will get back to me, I'm still waiting for that call. This is really ridiculous now. When I phoned yesterday, I was told it will be delivered today. When I phoned this morning after 8am same story, still waiting for her to phone me back. Phoned again now after 11, its escalated, she will phone back by 12. I keep getting reference numbers for calls, but it also means nothing. I have never experienced such bad service from courier guy or buffalo. I really don't know why they chose skynet this time. I need some answers.
Eskom upgraded their "system" without making it known to us. They can inform us about load shedding on their app but not that we need to register to upgrade our prepaid boxes. I am trying since Sunday to get hold of a representative to attend to my call. We are without electricity since Sunday. We cannot load any tokens on our prepaid box. We bought at 4 different places to get the tokens everybody is talking about, still nothing. The ward counselor also took our information on Monday to send to "eskom" then they will sms us the tokens, we are still waiting. How useless can eskom be?
