Absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE from Perfect Pools. what should have taken a week max, we are now entering week 5!!! they are quick to take your money which you need to pay in full before they start the job and this is the kind of service you get.
An agent came out to evaluate my 2017 Toyota Hilux 4 x 4 which is out of warranty. He took it for a test drive and when returned could not get my vehicle out of 4 Low so now my vehicle was stuck in 4 low which engages the diff lock. He claimed that it could be a faulty system. I phoned Toyota who sent out a technician, who luckily was able to sort the problem out as this could have ended up a complete disaster from a cost perspective. The said to me that he put the vehicle in 4 low on gravel which is in the business park where my offices are. The technician said the agent is clearly very inexperienced when it comes to 4 x 4, as the "gravel" he tested the vehicle on is basically tar with lose gravel on which is not meant for 4 low. the is the second bad experience my family have had with WeBuyCars. i will never recommend them or ever use them again!!!
Hello. I would just like to bring to attention how SHOCKING the service is from Department of Home Affairs. Around about 4 months ago went through to Atlantis (Home Affairs Department ) to organise a Vault Copy of my daughters Birth Certificate of which I paid for. The Gentleman there said that all Vault Copy would be sent to Home Affairs Cape Town. So once we received the message that the Document was ready for collection, I went through to Home Affairs Cape Town to collect. After standing in the line for over an hour I eventually got to the assistant , handed him my collection note, who comes back to inform me that they cannot find the Document. He then tells me to please go sit down and wait of which I did and waited almost another hour. I went and asked if they had made any progress and he could not answer me. I then left my details as I could not sit there all day and asked them to contact me once they found my document of which I am still waiting for a phone call or an email! I then emailed Tebogo Molepo who is the contact person on the website with again, NO RESPONSE. I emailed a few times after with still no response. I then decided to email headoffice and lodge my complaint with Yusaf Simons who is the contact person and surpise surprise, NO RESPONSE!!! So the question is , "how does anyone contact Home Affairs f they have a complaint" ? I have paid for a document that no one can assist me with!
