By far the worst courier experience I’ve had. I bought live plants from Livingseeds farm which is not that far from my house but chose delivery because I won’t have time to collect. I received an email on Friday that I can start tracking my parcel as it was on the way. On Saturday I got another one informing me that it was now at the depot. Monday morning I got a 3rd email that indicated that, the driver had picked it up and it was on the way and I should receive on that day. The driver didn’t deliver. Tuesday same story and Today same story. I was supposed to see my Dr on Monday then had to postpone to Tuesday and then to Wednesday because I don’t have a life and I’m not a priority to the driver. I called the head office at 09:11 and the agent had to call the driver and ask about my parcel. He said he will deliver at 3pm and I must make sure that there’s somebody to pick up the parcel. I went to my Dr appointment and then cancel every other errand to be here by 3pm. It’s 4pm and the driver is not here. The live plants are probably ruined wherever they are. I filled in an enquiry form with Fastway but got no response. I called and was ridiculed by the driver. I tried calling again and now no agent is there to answer. You are the most useless courier service ever. I have no words for your supposed driver. Courier Guy does a more excellent job.
The worst customer service ever. Julian is a good **** and the only reason he’s continuing with this business is de***** people. I paid for my order on Friday last week and when it was time for delivery it was said that the delivery guys are two orders behind(that was Monday) it’s Thursday today and no delivery. I asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten my money. Why is this business still open?
