EXPERIMEX SA DOESN’T TO REFUND CUSTOMERS AND THEY DONT EVEN COMMUNICATE

I did a lay-by at Experimex then I decided to cancel it so normally if you cancel the lay-by they take 10% of the money then I didn’t have a problem with that .so they said the money will reflect to me on my the following day now it’s full 5 five days I haven’t received my money .i tried to contact them on their WhatsApp line they just blue tick my messages . I’m about to loose my job because I work using my phone and I don’t have one now I’m waiting for them to refund me so that I can go and get another cellphone. I regret myself for trusting them with my money .please assist people
