Poor service
The worst company to try and reach by telephone - i really do not know how they stay in business, the phone just keeps on ringing and no response to e-mail.

Poor service
Online ordering is simple and efficient, but do not try and follow up on the process and delivery of the order . No automated notification to the client when the order is dispatched, by which courier and you have to phone in ( waiting in line 18 min. ) to try and obtain a tracking number, and when the tracking number is eventually received by e-mail it does not work. I mean this is ridiculous in this era of technology.
