They canceled our trip in the last hour, then promised to refund us, until today we are still waiting for the refund. They dont respond to emails nor whatsapp. Marcopolo holiday club ****med us.

Marcopolo is dishonest
I have booked between march and February for a vacation to monateng safari lodge from the 11th to the 15th December. I booked 3 units. On the 20th of November i got the email that the company is temporarily closed. Tried calling, tried WhatsApp nothing. I have send email and Instagram but not reply. I have already made arrangements for this trip, paid for transport, booked activities as this was a family outing. No reply nothing
